If you are looking for a highly skilled and trustworthy diesel mechanic, I cannot recommend Austin enough. I recently brought in my 2019 GMC Canyon Duramax, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. Austin stands out because of his communication and transparency. He did an incredible job explaining exactly what services were needed, provided clear and fair pricing, and managed to fit me into the schedule much quicker than I expected. One of the best parts of the service was the real-time updates. Austin kept me in the loop with pictures and videos of the work being done, which gave me total peace of mind. He was extremely knowledgeable about the specific needs of the Duramax engine and completed all the work (plus a few extras) right on the original schedule he provided. It’s rare to find a shop that balances technical expertise with such professional customer service. I will definitely be using Austin for all my future diesel truck maintenance and will be recommending him to every diesel owner I know!

I transport racing sailboats all around the United States and finding a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and fair mechanic for trailers and tow vehicles is harder than it should be—especially as a woman in a male-dominated space. Too often, I've been overcharged or brushed off. But not here. I found myself in an urgent situation when my usual trailer repair shop was booked out for weeks. Thankfully, I connected with Austin at Baltimore-Annapolis Auto, Truck, And Trailer Service, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. He had me drop the trailer off the same day I called, assessed the issues quickly, and made all the necessary repairs in a remarkably short turnaround—at a very fair price. His expertise was clear from the start, and the communication was excellent. While I can’t speak to every service they offer, I can confidently say that for trailer repair and service, Austin has earned a loyal customer. I'm involved with a local sailing championship and will be making sure all the boat owners get his info so they can schedule mobile trailer service in advance of the event. As a woman, I sincerely appreciate being treated with respect and honesty. Thank you, Austin—
